We don’t need your monitor, mouse, keyboard, power cord (except for notebook computers)- or anything else that connects to your computer, unless that is part of the problem.  However, it is always a smart idea to bring along any software CDs that came with your computer-  KandiComp may need to use them to replace damaged files on your computer with the known-good copies found on your CDs.  This is just a precaution; if they cannot be located, we have other alternatives on which you can depend.
