HOWEVER: The majority of problems for which our customers contact us involve Malware (“malicious software”) infections, Internet connectivity issues, or computers in a debilitated state. These issues cannot be effectively resolved using a remote connection; we do not recommend relying on this method for most computer problems- it is best used on known well-functioning computers and networks.
